About me: Hi I am Glen, I am a Support Broker and Social Prescriber. I am passionate that all people should have every opportunity to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.

Experience: More than 20 years’ experience working alongside people who are among the most vulnerable and marginalised in society. Able to provide both professional references and more importantly from the people I have worked with. A strong advocate for people, a strong sense of justice and not afraid to speak up for those who find this difficult. Experienced at working with individuals to develop Personalised Support Plans. Very experienced in working with people with Learning Disabilities and or/ Autistic. I also have lots of experience in working with people living with Dementia, brain injury and physical disabilities. I have also worked in hospital discharge and admission avoidance. Enhanced DBS Certificate and Registered with the Update Service.

Availability information: I am currently doing some freelance Support Brokerage work, but I would really like to have the opportunity to work alongside somebody as personal assistant to enable them to live a better life.

Additional Information: I am currently living on the Hampshire/ Wiltshire border, I have access to a vehicle and can get to most if not all areas of Hampshire in under 1 hour.
