About me: I trained as a chef and worked in catering for around 10yrs full time. I'm follow most sports and have varied interest including music, cooking , staying healthy and eating well. I play Hockey and generally keep fit.

Experience: Since 1996 I began a career working change and have worked in Social care/support sector assisting/supporting people with Disabilities in their homes and with independence skills. I use my cooking skills as a mentor therapy tool to build relationships and add richness to people’s lives.

For the last 15 years I have worked extensively in the field of people with Head Injury, helping them to gain fuller recovery and life satisfaction, life goals and achievements.
