About me: Hello I am Natalie. I have 2 children of my own Alfie who is 11 and William 6.

Experience: I have have always worked in the care/education field. I worked for nearly 10 years as a manager of a playsheme/afterschool club for young people with additional needs I loved every minute of it. I currently work in a college with young people with additional needs as this fits with my children's school hours.
I love being able to support young people to achieve their best and push themselves to try new things and access everything they want to. I believe that anything can be possible.

Availability information: I currently have my children alternate weeks as I share care with their dad. So some weeks I can do more than others
